NO OUT OF STATE RENTALS - We only rent in Houston, Texas and surrounding areas.
DELIVERY: Delivery is available on orders over $600 (delivery fee applies). Rental orders under $600 can be picked up, if the items have a client pick up option.
CLIENT PICK UP/ RETURN: Rentals can be picked up as early as Thursday of the requested week, and must be returned no later than the following Monday to avoid late return fees.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
*** Client is responsible of ensuring they come in a large enough vehicle to safely transport rental items. All items have dimensions for you to use when measuring the free space in your vehicle. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE PICK UP IF WE DO NOT SEE ITEMS FITTING PROPERLY.
*** We do NOT provide ropes, ratchet straps, twine, blankets, etc. Client is responsible of bringing these items to properly secure and protect items during transportation.
*** Weight bags, support legs, screws and other equipment provided to you with the rental MUST be returned with rentals on the designated return day. If items are missing, a fee will be charged upon your arrival. We also reserve the right to decline any future rental requests.
5. CUSTOM WRAPS: We do not offer custom wraps on our rentals.
6. PAINT FEES: White paint fee ranges between $15-$25. Custom paint fee ranges between $35-$60. Fees are based on the size/complexity of the item. All cylinder/rectangular pedestals are standard white- no custom paint.
7. DEADLINE FOR PAINT REQUESTS: Cut off for custom paint jobs is on Monday of the requested rental week.
8. DEADLINE FOR RENTAL BOOKINGS: Cut off for rental bookings is on Tuesday of the requested rental week.
